Senior Media Buyer

The Senior Media Buyer will lead media buying strategies for both our own brands and client projects, managing high-impact campaigns and optimizing ad placements across various platforms to ensure maximum reach and ROI. This role requires an experienced media professional with deep industry insights and advanced skills in analyzing, negotiating, and executing targeted media plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Media Strategy Development: Develop and execute tailored media buying strategies across platforms.
  • Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end media buying campaigns, from planning and negotiation to execution and optimization.
  • Budget Oversight: Allocate and optimize budgets effectively to maximize campaign reach and ROI, ensuring efficient spending across channels.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, conduct analysis, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS and ROI.
  • Cross-Channel Execution: Work across multiple channels, including (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Zalo), and traditional media.
  • Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced audience segmentation and targeting strategies to reach specific demographics, ensuring ads resonate with the intended audience.
  • Market Research & Trends: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitors to ensure our media strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the content team to develop and enhance campaign messaging, visuals, and performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in media buying with a proven record across sectors such as Hospitality & Tourism, Luxury Brands, Car Detailing, Real Estate, Education, B2B, and Manufacturing
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in media buying platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and Zalo, along with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with a proven capacity to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with media vendors to secure advantageous terms.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Vietnamese is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
